STEP 1: Registration Confirmation

After registering for membership in-store, you will receive:

• Your physical membership card
• A temporary membership number
• An activation email sent to your registered email address

If you haven't received the activation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

STEP 2: Click the Activation Link

Open the activation email and click on the "Activate Your Account" button or link. This will direct you to our secure activation page.

Note: The activation link is valid for 7 days. If your link has expired, you can request a new one by clicking on "Resend Activation Link" on the login page.

STEP 3: Create Your Password

On the activation page:

• Enter your membership number
• Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number and one special character)
• Confirm your password

For your security, please choose a password that:

• Is not the same as passwords you use for other websites
• Contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Doesn't contain easily guessable information (e.g., your name or birthdate)

STEP 4: Complete Your Profile

After setting your password, you'll be prompted to complete your member profile. This information helps us provide personalized service and relevant promotions.

You'll need to provide:

• Personal details (name, contact information)
• Communication preferences
• Travel preferences (optional)

STEP 5: Confirmation

Once you've completed all steps, you'll receive a confirmation message. Your online account is now activated, and you can access the Member's Zone to:

• View your purchase history
• Check your membership points balance
• Update your profile information
• Access exclusive member content and offers
